3.1 Ownership
You retain all rights and ownership of any files, documents, and content you process using our Services ("Your Content"). We do not claim any ownership rights to Your Content.
3.2 Client-Side Processing
All file processing on UltraPDF occurs locally in your browser. Your files are never uploaded to our servers. We do not access, view, store, or transmit Your Content at any point.
3.3 Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the content of any files you process using our Services. You must ensure you have the necessary rights and permissions to process any files, especially those containing personal data of third parties.
4. Intellectual Property
The UltraPDF name, logo, website design, user interface, code, and all related materials are the intellectual property of UltraPDF and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Services or included software without our prior written consent.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws
- Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or disable the Services or their infrastructure
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Services

Since UltraPDF processes files entirely in your browser, we are not responsible for any data loss, file corruption, or processing errors that occur during client-side operations. You should always maintain backup copies of your original files.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless UltraPDF and its owners, employees, and contributors from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
